We are currently hiring a Full-Time General Manager to lead our spa operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest and team member. At The Woodhouse Day Spa, we believe in doing what you love—and doing it well.
About the Role:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our spa, overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and driving both guest satisfaction and business performance. We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about wellness and hospitality, but also brings strong analytical skills to support reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless guest and team experience
- Schedule team members and guest appointments efficiently to maximize productivity and service excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve personal and company goals
- Maintain and optimize inventory for both professional use and retail sales
- Leverage spa management software and reporting tools to analyze and improve business performance
- Lead local marketing and community engagement efforts to grow brand awareness and guest loyalty
- Uphold The Woodhouse Way—ensuring each guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience
- Model a servant leadership mindset—understanding that helping others leads to personal fulfillment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in spa, retail, or cosmetics management
- Strong background in guest relations, team leadership, and operational excellence
- Highly organized with solid administrative and computer skills (experience with POS/spa management software preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication, training, and retailing abilities
